Fostering a Food Community

We set out to solve two major issues in our community: lack of commercial shared use kitchens and real estate is out of reach for small businesses. There are many up and coming culinary business in this area, but they historically have not had a kitchen to get started. So we created a commissary kitchen in Gypsum to give them access to kitchen space while also helping them cultivate and grow.

About the Kitchen

Our 1,000 square foot kitchen is more than just a workspace—it's a hub of innovation and community collaboration. Accessible 24/7 to our passionate foodie clients, this kitchen serves as the launching pad for a diverse group of culinary entrepreneurs, including a coffee roaster, talented bakers, two dynamic food trucks, a private chef, and a plant-based butter and spread business.

Equipped with both gas and induction ovens, a prep kitchen classroom, and a versatile front room for tastings and meetings, our space is designed to inspire and support culinary creativity.

Beyond business, our kitchen also fuels our nonprofit mission, hosting healthy meal prep sessions and engaging after-school cooking classes with local middle school students. Here, we blend business and community, one delicious creation at a time.
